We have led the negotiations for literally £100s of millions of construction and funding contracts in government, housing, local authority and FE sectors. Understanding the client’s needs and drivers and being able to challenge commercial contractors openly, fairly and robustly are skills that we offer that bring substantial value to your project whenever they are required.

Interim Management and Academic Recovery Services

We have recently supplied interim management services as Vice Principal with responsibilities for Curriculum, Quality and Student Services to Lewisham Southwark College and Bournemouth & Poole College. Our services include curriculum review and alignment, teaching and learning and quality improvement with substantial experience as the College nominee (Ofsted and QAA) and working with the FE Commissioner.

Whether it’s fitting out a multi million new building or procuring a new IT services partner we have been there, done that and know what good value looks like.

We can provide strategic options advice through to managing the whole process in close collaboration with you. Our long term relationships with some suppliers will probably give you access to prices that you will not get from a one off tender or from a publicly available framework. We can even manage the delivery and installation of furniture and equipment and move your staff and students in close collaborative liaison with your construction and in house facilities management team.
