Peter has substantial experience in the Housing Sector through his work at the Housing Corporation, The Home & Communities Agency Transition Board, the Tenant Services Authority and now as a Non Executive Director and judge for both Inside Housing and 24 Housing Awards.

In his roles as Deputy Principal at both City and Islington and Fareham Colleges, Peter has developed ambitious property strategies that have depended on the creative and active management of site disposals for residential sale. The following developments were taken to and presented at Planning Committee meetings by Peter Marsh:

In his prior roles as CEO of the Tenant Services Authority and Deputy CEO of the Housing Corporation, Peter was responsible for the regulation of the affordable housing sector with 2 million homes and a balance sheet value of £100bn. He led the creation of the TSA, helped secure the £3.8bn affordable housing development programme in 2008 and handled difficult and sensitive negotiations on a wide range of housing funding and policy matters with tenants, landlords, lenders and Ministers.

Peter currently serves as a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Development Committee at Richmond Housing Partnership which is an award winning Housing Association in South West London.
