Achieving transformational change doesn’t need to cost millions of pounds – many of the projects we are most proud of are refurbishment works. These are smaller in scale and rapid in their execution – they require agility, experience and imagination to deliver – often within the supremely challenging school or college holiday windows.

Our recent fit out projects range in value from £50,000 to £2.5m and in duration from 4 to 12 weeks. We work with a range of architects to deliver concept design proposals and have trusted relations with first-class contractors who work with us to make a real difference. We like to oversee the whole process on fit-out projects from initial briefing, space planning, design, construction and the procurement of furniture, audio-visual, signage and IT. This ‘whole project’ management approach allows us to develop a key insight into the project from the beginning, ensuring the end-users achieve a space which makes a positive difference and is delivered on time and on budget.
