We have worked with a number of colleges, universities and local authorities to provide long-term interim executive leadership and short-term strategic client support in the areas of curriculum, quality, finance and estates.
Dr Robert Rees
Rob is an experienced senior leader and strategic education advisor. Having started in his career in the further education sector straight out of university, he has subsequently been Vice Principal with responsibility for curriculum, quality and students at a number of colleges in London and in the South of England on both permanent and interim contracts. In addition to these established roles, Rob has also acted as curriculum and quality support to colleagues in colleges, universities and local authorities. And, he has been used to develop regional education and skills responses through his work establishing an Institute of Technology; leading on an SDF project; and co-ordinating a response to a number of LSIF Stage 2 applications.
As a result, Rob is seen and experienced as a confident and highly capable leader, colleague and critical friend whose unrelenting focus is the student and apprentice experience and their outcomes.

- Interim Vice Principal Curriculum and Quality (a college in the south)
- Interim Vice Principal, Curriculum, Quality and the Student Experience (a college in London)
- Quality Consultant (a large Local Authority)
- Strategic Client Support for an Institute of Technology at application stage (co-ordinating the curriculum response; completing the financial model, assumptions and risk); acting as the conduit between the three legal teams; and, communication between all partners
Finally, as a highly experienced senior leader (including as Ofsted nominee) and consultant, Rob through his work, holds a number of positive and productive relationships with a range of external agencies. They include (or have included);

- ESFA (Territorial team);
- Department for Education;
- Further Education Commissioners;
- Local Authorities; and,
- Employers, Business and Chambers.
